This course has been put together to help teach Project/PMO resources how to do high level Analytics and Automation work. Good Analytics are foundational to the success of delivering and Programme and so the PMO with great Analytics and Reporting in place will have the highest chances of successful delivery. Automation skills will allow the PMO to efficiently produce the Analytics so less resources will be required to carry our complex work.
